Transition to Employment Program (TEP)
Structured pathways supporting independence, confidence, and workplace readiness.
What is TEP?
The Transition to Employment Program (TEP) helps young people aged 16-30 and school leavers develop practical life, community, and employment skills through structured, hands-on learning experiences.
Programs focus on confidence, communication, independence, teamwork, workplace participation, and community engagement in supportive real-world and simulated environments. Individuals enrol in 10-week term-based programs and may progress through multiple programs over time.
