This nationally accredited program is for applicants who wish to seek leadership and management positions within the organizations. This program will equip you with skills in effective leadership, risk management, strategic planning, continuous improvement and much more.  It may also provide you with the skills needed to succeed in management, both within Australia and internationally. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
